It is a space that's intentionally curated for authenticity, wellness, and belonging.

The curator is me: Dr. Akua; an empowerment speaker, author, documentarian, playwright, coach, and life strategist who helps women intentionally craft a life of wellness so they can show up healthily and as their authentic selves.

I was born and raised in the Bay (#hellaOakland), and I am a seeker, healer, and constant learner, who is a conduit of peace and hope for others who want it.

 

I hold a Ph.D. in Human Development with a focus on Traumatology Counseling, and I am passionate about helping people who want to achieve their goals.
